Infrastructure & Capital Projects – Vice President of Program Delivery, ANS

Location: Dallas, TX; hybrid work with a mix of remote work, onsite client work, and time in an hirify.global office or center

Salary: $180,000–$250,000 per year

What you will do

• Drive growth, originate engagements, and close large infrastructure and capital projects consulting opportunities.
• Advise C-suite and senior public-sector leaders on capital planning, governance, delivery, and operating model transformation.
• Lead complex program execution as an executive sponsor or engagement lead across the full capital lifecycle.
• Design and implement PMO, governance, and integrated project controls models supported by data, analytics, and digital tools.
• Mobilize global multidisciplinary teams and ensure delivery excellence across client programs.
• Build high-performing teams, mentor future leaders, and represent the practice through industry thought leadership.

Requirements

• At least 15 years of infrastructure or capital projects consulting experience.
• Proven success in business development, origination, and delivery of large-scale engagements.
• Deep expertise in PMO transformation, capital governance, and program delivery.
• Strong executive presence and the ability to advise senior leaders.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model, including remote, client-site, and hirify.global office collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience leading major capital modernization or PMO transformation programs.
• Experience with public-sector agencies, utilities, transportation, or large private-sector owners.
• Experience integrating digital tools, analytics, and modern delivery methods into capital programs.
• Experience working in agile or hybrid delivery environments.
• Advanced degree.
