Account Manager - Retail Media (all genders)

What you will do

• Manage and grow existing client relationships and acquire new Retail Media partners.
• Advise clients on Retail Media solutions and plan, present, and execute campaigns, including Sponsored Products and Sponsored Content.
• Coordinate campaigns with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Monitor campaign performance using relevant KPIs and identify optimization opportunities.
• Own revenue reporting, performance analysis, and monthly billing processes.
• Support the improvement and automation of internal controlling processes.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Media, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in Account Management, CRM, Sales, Project Management, or Commercial Controlling, ideally in e-commerce.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Fluent English and German required.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Customer-focused communication, collaboration, and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
