Requirements

• Proven experience in sales operations or a similar analytical role.
• Strong proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis software.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable sales strategies.
• Excellent communication skills with a professional level of English.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Berlin office.
