D365 CE Senior Project Manager (Microsoft Dynamics 365)

Location: Remote with 25–50% travel; US citizenship or a Green Card is required.

Salary: $81,980.50–$127,152.38–$172,324.25 per year.

What you will do

• Manage objectives, scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and project plans for D365 CRM/CE implementations.
• Work with customers to translate business needs into functional requirements and business scenarios.
• Coordinate stakeholders and transition complete requirements to delivery teams.
• Manage the software development lifecycle for approved development activities.
• Lead client status meetings, reporting, risk mitigation, escalations, and resolution processes.
• Use Lifecycle Services, Azure DevOps, and standard delivery tools.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience directly managing software implementation deployments.
• Experience with IT implementation methodologies across diagnosis, analysis, design, development, deployment, and operation.
• Ability to work with business stakeholders, allocate resources, and monitor project performance.
• Strong leadership, team-building, communication, organization, prioritization, and client relationship skills.
• Experience leading meetings with senior business executives and working in a consultancy.
• US citizenship or Green Card status, a bachelor's degree, and willingness to travel 25–50% are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Lifecycle Services and Azure DevOps.
• Experience in manufacturing or distribution industries.
• PMP certification.
