Senior Project Manager (ERP) (Microsoft Dynamics 365): Leading the delivery of large, complex ERP transformation projects across discovery, design, configuration, testing, migration, training, and go-live with an accent on governance, commercial accountability, and stakeholder alignment. What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of large, complex, or concurrent ERP implementation and transformation projects.
• Oversee ERP lifecycle phases including discovery, design, configuration, testing, data migration, training, cutover, and go-live.
• Lead project governance, steering committees, executive reviews, risk management, and recovery activities.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, resource utilisation, profitability, scope changes, and contractual commitments.
• Coordinate consultants, solution architects, business analysts, developers, and customer teams across finance, operations, supply chain, sales, and customer service.
• Mentor Project Managers and Project Coordinators while supporting ERP delivery capability and strategic programmes.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience delivering ERP implementation and business transformation projects.
• Prince2 Practitioner, PMP, or an equivalent project management qualification.
• Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Finance & Operations, or another enterprise ERP platform.
• Experience managing full ERP lifecycles, cross-functional teams, budgets, scope, schedules, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder engagement.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project and project planning tools.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies, plus strong understanding of finance, procurement, supply chain, operations, and customer service processes.

Nice to have

• Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Power Platform, Power BI, Power Automate, or Microsoft Fabric.
• Experience with ERP data migration and integration projects.
• Experience in a Microsoft Partner or professional services organisation.
• Projector PSA familiarity or Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.
