What you will do

• Plan and execute manual and automated testing for Health IT applications and healthcare interoperability solutions.
• Test Health Information Exchange systems, patient-facing healthcare applications, clinical data repositories, and related healthcare systems.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and validate cloud-hosted applications, including Microsoft Azure environments.
• Verify healthcare data exchange, interoperability, application functionality, system integrations, quality, and reliability.
• Support federal government and federal healthcare IT programs.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, project managers, and technical and functional stakeholders throughout the SDLC.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Healthcare IT, Technical Engineering, or a related field, plus at least 10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with manual and automated software testing, Agile Scrum, CI/CD, and the software development lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience with HP UFT, Selenium, and JMeter.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards, including HL7, C-CDA, FHIR, IHE, USCDI, and applicable ONC requirements.
• Experience with Git or SVN and test management platforms such as ADO, HP ALM, and Jira.
• Knowledge of accessibility and Section 508 testing, healthcare and federal security, privacy, and compliance requirements; strong communication, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.

Nice to have

• Professional certifications in software quality assurance, testing, information technology, or a related discipline.
• ISTQB CTFL, CTAL, CSQE-ASQ, CAT, or equivalent certification.
