What you will do

• Build and run scalable, highly available backend services in C#/.NET, Python, and Go on Azure and Kubernetes.
• Develop LLM-powered features on platforms like Azure AI Foundry including model integration, context pipelines, RAG, tool calling, agents, and evaluation.
• Design event-driven, asynchronous architectures across microservices.
• Own delivery end to end: Terraform, CI/CD, monitoring, and production incident response.
• Collaborate closely with product, UX, and platform teams; participate in code and design reviews.
• Use AI-assisted development tools daily to design, write, and review code.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the U.S.
• Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years experience designing and building production backend services in C#/.NET, Python, or Go.
• Hands-on experience building products with LLMs including inference, structured outputs, RAG, tool calling, or agents on platforms like Azure AI Foundry, OpenAI API, Amazon Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, or Anthropic API.
• Fluency with AI-assisted development tools and practices.
• Strong knowledge of distributed systems, API design, microservices, and major cloud providers.
• Understanding of multi-tenant SaaS architecture and operating at scale.

Nice to have

• Experience building tools, APIs, or integrations for AI agents (MCP servers, function/tool-calling interfaces, plugins).
• ML and MLOps experience including fine-tuning, evaluation harnesses, and production model deployment.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Background in identity security, PAM, or Zero Trust.
