What you will do

• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop impactful email campaigns aligned with strategic goals.
• Write engaging, conversion-focused email copy, including messaging, subject lines, and calls to action.
• Set up and manage automated and manual campaigns in Klaviyo or similar platforms.
• Build and optimize automation flows, audience segments, and personalized campaigns.
• Conduct A/B tests and analyze campaign performance to improve engagement and conversions.
• Maintain brand consistency and a strong narrative across all email communications.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in email marketing or copywriting.
• Knowledge of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, personalization, and automation.
• Practical experience with Klaviyo or a similar email marketing platform.
• Strong persuasive and conversion-focused writing skills.
• Analytical mindset and results-driven approach.
• Availability to work in a hybrid format from the Vilnius office 4 days per week.
