Senior HR Business Partner, Talent Strategy

Location: Remote; Hone has been fully virtual since its founding and operates as a remote-first employer.

Compensation: $100,000–$130,000 per year

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting across technical and non-technical functions.
• Advise hiring managers on role scope, compensation realities, hiring strategy, and hiring standards.
• Lead structured intake and interview processes, negotiate offers, and support consistent candidate evaluation.
• Build long-term relationships with active and passive candidates and maintain warm talent pipelines.
• Use AI tools for sourcing, outreach, screening support, and pipeline management.
• Improve recruiting infrastructure through process documentation, interview training, Greenhouse reporting, and employer branding initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience and at least 4 years of in-house recruiting experience.
• Experience partnering strategically with hiring managers and leadership, including advising on role scope, compensation, and hiring strategy.
• Proven ability to build long-term passive-candidate relationships and maintain active talent pipelines.
• Proficiency with Greenhouse ATS and modern sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Regular practical use of AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT in recruiting workflows.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, prioritization, judgment, and attention to detail.
