What you will do

• Define hypotheses, key performance metrics, and controlled A/B or multivariate experiments with product, engineering, design, and platform teams.
• Optimize the experimentation lifecycle and support the execution of tests at scale.
• Collect, clean, transform, and analyze complex multi-source datasets to evaluate experiment results and treatment effects.
• Apply regression models, including linear and logistic regression, to quantify uncertainty and estimate causal impacts.
• Create dashboards and visualizations for technical and executive stakeholders.
• Build automated tools and workflows that accelerate insight delivery and improve experimentation methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field; a graduate degree is preferred.
• At least 3 years of professional data science experience focused on digital experimentation and product analytics.
• High proficiency in SQL and statistical programming with Python and/or R.
• Hands-on experience designing and supporting A/B tests at scale.
• Strong knowledge of regression analysis and methods for handling non-normal data distributions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, comfort with ambiguity, and ability to work independently.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with PySpark.
• Experience with enterprise experimentation platforms such as Optimizely, Adobe Target, or custom internal frameworks.
• Graduate degree in a quantitative discipline.
