Data Scientist 3 (Product Analytics)

Location: USA; applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. The role offers flexibility to work from home or in the office.

Salary: $153,000–$180,000 annually, plus bonus and equity eligibility.

What you will do

• Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering to analyze user behavior and support data-driven product decisions.
• Design, execute, and evaluate product experiments, including A/B tests, to improve patient experience and business metrics.
• Identify strategic product opportunities and optimization levers through exploratory research.
• Define, measure, and track the success of new and existing product features and the AI personalization platform.
• Build scalable dashboards that make actionable insights accessible across the organization.
• Communicate statistical findings and methodologies clearly to stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product analytics or data science.
• Expert-level SQL and strong Python skills for data manipulation and analysis.
• Deep understanding of statistical methods and A/B test design for product evaluation.
• Experience collaborating with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to launch and measure products.
• Current authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
• A proactive attitude, growth mindset, and focus on delivering a strong user experience.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, fintech, or complex e-commerce.
• Familiarity with modern data stack tools such as dbt, Looker, or Hex.
