Specialist / Sr. Specialist, PSRA, Americas (Chemical Regulatory Affairs)

Location: Atlanta, Georgia, United States; hybrid work from the main office

Salary: $100,000–$125,000 per year, plus performance-based bonuses

What you will do

• Implement PSRA execution plans and contribute to regulatory strategy for assigned product lines and regions.
• Develop and manage regulatory processes, systems, tools, and compliance solutions.
• Interpret regulations, evaluate hazardous classifications such as GHS, and maintain regulatory data.
• Create and maintain safety data sheets, labels, and other regulatory documents.
• Prepare stakeholder training, guidelines, and instructions, and provide customer compliance advice.
• Manage product registrations, notifications, permits, and short- and medium-term PSRA projects; coach others on product safety and EHS evaluations.

Requirements

• University degree in Chemistry, Environment, Biology, or a relevant major; higher education is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Product Stewardship and Regulatory Affairs.
• Experience working in the chemical industry.
• Advanced knowledge of regional and global core regulations applicable to hirify.global products and applications.
• Project management skills and an analytical mindset.
• Ability to interpret regulatory requirements and translate them into actionable plans and conclusions.
• Fluent English for reading, writing, and speaking, plus the local language.
• Basic understanding of business processes and strategic goals.
