Go To Market Revenue Operations Leader (AI/Infrastructure)

What you will do

• Own GTM architecture and define scalable revenue engine strategies including segments, coverage models, and planning logic.
• Lead annual planning including capacity modeling, quota allocation, and headcount/expense plans.
• Drive strategic initiatives by analyzing KPIs and partnering with functional leaders to implement experiments.
• Design incentive and quota compensation plans aligned with business metrics.
• Own GTM tech stack roadmap and implement automation to reduce manual processes and scale efficiently.
• Manage data governance and multi-channel integration across CRM, billing, and product usage data.
• Support operating cadence with leadership on forecasts, pipeline reviews, and financial controllership.
• Hire, mentor, and develop a small team of analysts, engineers, and business partners.

Requirements

• Must have 10+ years experience in revenue operations, sales strategy, GTM finance, or systems engineering with 5+ years leading cross-functional teams.
• Experience in usage-based, API, or infrastructure/dev-tools business preferred.
• Strong strategic planning skills including capacity modeling, quota design, and forecasting.
• Technical expertise in GTM tech stack design and integration.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with ability to present to executives.
• Location: Must be able to work remotely within the United States.
