AI Technical Project Manager (Agentic AI)

Location: Remote with a hybrid option in Coppell, Texas, United States

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Agentic AI and Generative AI projects in an Agile environment.
• Work with Product Owners, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to prioritize backlogs and define project roadmaps.
• Drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, risk management, milestone tracking, and stakeholder communication.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.
• Collaborate on AI solution architecture, integrations, and deployment strategies.
• Establish delivery practices for prompt engineering, testing, evaluation, governance, and observability.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in technical project management.
• Strong experience with Agile/Scrum, backlog prioritization, stakeholder management, and analytical problem-solving.
• Hands-on Python experience for production-grade application development.
• Experience with LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, GitLab Duo, Amazon Bedrock, Cortex, or similar platforms.
• Understanding of Agentic AI concepts, including agent loops, state machines, ReAct patterns, and multi-agent orchestration.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, REST APIs, OpenAPI specifications, API integration, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.

Nice to have

• Experience delivering Generative AI or LLM-based enterprise applications.
• Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP; Amazon Bedrock experience is a plus.
• Experience in banking, financial services, or other regulated industries.
• Familiarity with AI governance, model evaluation, observability, and security best practices.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
