Principal Engineer -- Salesforce Architect (Health Cloud)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce Health Cloud architecture and delivery for large enterprise healthcare implementations.
• Define technical strategy across Salesforce Core, Health Cloud extensions, integrations, data models, automation, security, and compliance.
• Translate complex healthcare requirements into scalable solutions covering patient and member profiles, care plans, care programs, care teams, assessments, care gaps, and utilization management.
• Design and govern integrations using Salesforce APIs, middleware, FHIR, HL7, and EHR/EMR systems.
• Lead the full delivery lifecycle, including requirements, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Provide technical governance, conduct design and code reviews, manage architectural risks, and mentor multi-shore Salesforce teams.

Requirements

• Deep experience with Salesforce Health Cloud and life-sciences or healthcare implementations.
• Hands-on expertise with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, Triggers, Batch Apex, and Salesforce APIs.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and PHI, as well as Salesforce security, data access, sharing rules, and consent management.
• Experience with EHR/EMR integrations, payer and provider workflows, and patient/member lifecycle management.
• Experience with DevOps and CI/CD tools such as Copado, Git, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins.
• Strong communication, leadership, decision-making, stakeholder management, and Agile or Scaled Agile experience.
