Production Technician

What you will do

• Assemble and test complex systems in a clean room environment following strict procedures.
• Support process improvements, engineering testing, lean manufacturing, and quality improvements.
• Train and mentor other team members.
• Ensure products meet established specifications and contribute to problem-solving and product/process improvements.
• Coordinate production activities and monitor tool, material, and equipment usage.
• Contribute to pilot production and transition to volume production, including documentation development.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to access controlled technology under US Export Administration Regulations.
• Minimum High School diploma or GED with 2+ years of experience.
• Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts including nights and weekends.
• Must be able to work onsite in a clean room environment wearing required protective gear.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds and perform physical activities such as sitting, walking, stooping, kneeling, and reaching.
• Strong attention to detail, customer focus, and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Must have US work authorization.
