What you will do
- Lead complex projects and programs from initiation through successful delivery.
- Serve as the primary contact for senior stakeholders and C-level executives.
- Drive digitalization, IT transformation, and organizational change initiatives.
- Manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, quality targets, issues, and escalations.
- Align diverse stakeholder interests in complex organizational environments.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience leading complex projects, programs, or transformation initiatives.
- Experience in highly regulated industries such as railways, transportation, infrastructure, utilities, telecommunications, or large-scale enterprise environments.
- Experience managing executive-level stakeholders in large corporate, multinational, and matrix organizations.
- Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and organizational change skills.
- Ability to independently manage customer engagements in complex organizational environments.
- Professional fluency in German and English.
Nice to have
- Consulting experience.
- Project management certifications such as PMI, IPMA, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, or SAFe.
