What you will do
- Translate strategic objectives into interconnected technology projects and coordinate delivery across the program.
- Establish program governance, milestones, master schedules, budgets, and management systems.
- Track project dependencies, identify risks, and guide mitigation, staffing, and resource prioritization decisions.
- Manage scope, costs, change control, trade-offs, and customer outcomes across program phases.
- Assemble and develop delivery teams while coaching and mentoring project managers.
- Use business intelligence, dashboards, metrics, and operational reporting to support decisions.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing complex IT projects or programs, preferably in a services business.
- Experience working with customers across multiple project phases, industries, and geographies.
- Expertise in cost and scope management, change control, project governance, and risk management.
- Ability to manage interdependencies, develop master schedules, assess costs and benefits, and prioritize assets and resources.
- Knowledge of business intelligence, data analysis, dashboards, metrics, and operational reporting.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic agile environment while remaining outcome-focused.
Nice to have
- PMP, PRINCE2, or PgMP certification.
- Familiarity with Scrum, Kanban, and DevOps practices.
- Experience managing vendor relationships and contracts.
