Location: Oakland, California or Charlotte, North Carolina, United States

Salary: $169,000–$229,000 annual base pay in Oakland, with potential cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead strategy and execution for paid marketing DSP and app programmatic initiatives.
• Manage programmatic marketing platforms and drive ongoing channel growth.
• Collaborate with product marketing, analytics, partner success, and in-house creative teams on targeting and messaging.
• Present channel growth and personalized marketing strategies to key stakeholders.
• Analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and optimize results.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; an MBA is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to improve marketing performance through optimization.
• Outstanding communication skills with marketing and product stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong mentorship and coaching skills, including experience educating junior team members.
• Experience presenting results and strategy to senior stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL.
• Experience launching new programs and improving processes for performance and efficiency.
