Product Analyst Intern (SaaS/DaaS)

What you will do

• Analyze structured and unstructured data to identify customer needs and market trends.
• Evaluate SaaS and DaaS offerings for product performance, commercialization, and go-to-market opportunities.
• Synthesize analytical findings into recommendations for product strategy and positioning.
• Collaborate with product and cross-functional teams to test hypotheses, validate customer feedback, and measure success metrics.
• Build dashboards, reports, and presentations for stakeholders.

Requirements

• Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business, Economics, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Python, SQL, or data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Understanding of data marketplaces such as Databricks.
• Excellent communication and synthesis skills, with the ability to translate data into business insights.
• Interest in SaaS, DaaS, and digital product strategy.

Nice to have

• Experience working with unstructured data, including text, customer feedback, or open-ended survey responses.
