What you will do

• Lead competitive, consumer, labor market, and higher education research projects from planning through delivery.
• Analyze labor market, enrollment, demographic, employer demand, and competitive intelligence data to identify opportunities and trends.
• Synthesize quantitative and qualitative findings into actionable recommendations for business leaders.
• Develop and maintain dashboards using Power BI or Tableau.
• Work with large datasets from internal systems and external platforms such as Lightcast, IPEDS, and Qualtrics.
• Translate complex analyses into visualizations, presentations, and business recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, market research, analytics, economics, statistics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in market research, market intelligence, business analytics, or a related field.
• Experience developing dashboards in Power BI or Tableau and working with large datasets.
• Strong written, verbal, presentation, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across strategic and technical teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with Lightcast, IPEDS, Qualtrics, or similar research platforms.
• Working knowledge of SQL.
• Familiarity with Databricks or cloud analytics environments.
• Experience in higher education, workforce development, consulting, or EdTech.
• Experience using AI tools to enhance research and analysis.
