Site Transformation Manager (Aerospace Manufacturing): Leading end-to-end work-transfer and site transition initiatives in high-precision manufacturing with an accent on cross-functional governance, operational readiness, and risk management. Focus on directing complex cross-border transitions, resolving systemic bottlenecks, and aligning supply chain, engineering, quality, materials, and program teams with global delivery plans.

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end transition and work-transfer activities as the primary site decision-maker.
- Design transition plans using standard tools, BMDLs, and Standard Work to ensure operational readiness.
- Govern project milestones, delivery metrics, transition health, and risk-management frameworks.
- Coordinate Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, Materials, Programs, Commercial Groups, sites, and suppliers.
- Chair governance forums, resolve critical bottlenecks, and provide strategic recommendations to site and global leadership.
- Develop Project Managers through mentoring, professional development, and technical mastery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in Project or Program Management, Supply Chain, or Product Engineering.
- Experience in high-precision manufacturing and large-scale, cross-border work-transfer initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to influence site and global leadership and align diverse cross-functional organizations.
- Mastery of Continuous Improvement methods, including Lean and Six Sigma, with the ability to translate complex data into business strategies and cost-saving opportunities.
- Strong experience mentoring and developing high-performing project management talent.
