What you will do

• Design and operate core platform services supporting high-scale distributed systems.
• Architect and manage Kafka-based event streaming systems for real-time financial workflows.
• Develop internal developer tooling and shared infrastructure to improve engineering velocity.
• Build frameworks for orchestrating agentic applications and intelligent automated workflows.
• Collaborate with engineering, data, and AI teams to solve distributed computing challenges in AWS.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering within fintech, cloud infrastructure, or distributed systems.
• Strong hands-on experience designing and scaling Kafka-based event-driven architectures.
• Deep expertise in distributed systems, asynchronous processing, and high-availability services.
• Production experience in AWS cloud environments and building cloud-native infrastructure.
• Must be based in the United States for this remote role.
