Infrastructure Engineer (Kubernetes)

What you will do

• Install and configure Docker-based software and Helm charts in customer-managed Kubernetes environments across cloud and on-premise infrastructure.
• Design deployment architectures covering networking, private connectivity, identity, access, secrets, and warehouse permissions.
• Lead customer IT and security discussions, identify blockers, and support compliance reviews for regulated enterprises.
• Own monitoring, upgrades, incident response, release discipline, and supported versioning in production customer environments.
• Create installation automation, runbooks, and reference architectures to make deployments repeatable and faster.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure, platform, or DevOps engineering in production environments outside your direct control.
• Production experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Deep expertise in at least one of AWS, Azure, or GCP, plus working knowledge of the others.
• Experience with enterprise networking and identity, including VPCs, private connectivity, SSO, SAML, IAM, role design, and secrets management.
• Experience with CI/CD, observability, incident response, SQL, and data infrastructure.
• Comfort working directly with customers on scoping, expectation management, security reviews, and early escalation of risks.

Nice to have

• Experience packaging and shipping self-hosted or customer-managed software rather than only SaaS.
• Experience carrying deployments through a bank or other regulated buyer’s security review.
• Familiarity with enterprise data infrastructure and finance systems.
