Customer Solutions Engineer (Ruby on Rails) - REMOTE IN BRAZIL

Location: Remote from Brazil; candidates must be based in Brazil and work from home

What you will do

• Design and develop data migration tools and processes for customer onboarding and go-live.
• Execute manual and scripted migration tasks for clients, appointments, transactions, and related data.
• Develop and maintain web scrapers to extract data and map it to database fields.
• Investigate legacy software and implement migration pipelines between enterprise systems, including continuous or asynchronous synchronization where needed.
• Write field-level transformation and validation code, verify each migration stage, and generate reconciliation reports.
• Collaborate with implementation managers and contribute to custom features, product decisions, software design, and company development.

Requirements

• Must be based in Brazil and willing to work from home.
• At least 2 years of Ruby on Rails experience.
• Intermediate to expert proficiency in analyzing and migrating SQL databases.
• Experience building data pipelines in imperfect environments, including handling rate limits, HTTP errors, retries, and network issues.
• Experience working in agile software development environments.
• Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
