What you will do

• Translate business questions into scoped analytical problems with defined outcomes.
• Independently query data using SQL to produce clean and reliable datasets.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports to support cross-functional decision-making.
• Validate outputs through rigorous checks and documentation to ensure data trust.
• Communicate analytical insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align analyses with their strategic objectives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a data analytics role delivering reporting and insights.
• Proficiency in SQL for retrieving, joining, and manipulating data.
• Experience building dashboards, preferably using Sigma.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem framing skills.
• Understanding of basic statistical concepts and their responsible application.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity from Nottingham or London offices.
