People Experience & Ops Specialist

Location: Fully remote; candidates should be located in Europe, ideally within CET ±5 hours. Listed locations include Europe, Poland, the United Kingdom, Argentina, Brazil, and Paraguay.

What you will do

• Own employee lifecycle operations, including onboarding, offboarding, contracts, HR administration, and Employer of Record coordination.
• Design, document, and continuously improve scalable People processes and employee journey touchpoints.
• Translate employee feedback and data into concrete improvements and engagement initiatives.
• Act as a responsive point of contact for employee questions and needs.
• Support performance, growth, and development programs.
• Automate repetitive work and improve workflows while collaborating with managers and teams across the organization.

Requirements

• Excellent execution and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Clear communication with employees, managers, and leadership.
• Ability to use data and feedback to identify problems and recommend improvements.
• Comfort working asynchronously in a fast-moving, evolving environment.
• Availability to work from Europe or within CET ±5 hours is expected.

• Experience improving employee processes in a high-growth or scale-up environment.
• Experience with HRIS, survey tools, or workflow automation.
• Experience with cross-functional projects and influencing without direct authority.
• Background in psychology, organizational behavior, communications, or a similar field.
• Experience in a remote-first or distributed organization and use of AI tools.
