Senior HR Operations Manager (HR Tech)

Location: Remote, available from the United Kingdom, Portugal, Spain, Romania, Poland, or the United Arab Emirates.

What you will do

• Run day-to-day HR operations for the internal, globally distributed team.
• Maintain and improve HR processes, policies, documentation, and systems.
• Act as the primary contact for HR questions and resolve issues promptly.
• Manage onboarding, offboarding, time-off administration, and end-to-end performance review cycles.
• Monitor HR metrics, compliance status, and operational service levels.
• Collaborate with leadership, Finance, Payroll, HR Operations, and Talent Acquisition.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in HR or People Operations.
• Experience supporting distributed or remote teams across multiple countries.
• Practical experience with onboarding, offboarding, performance reviews, ATS, and other HR tools.
• Strong organisational, process-management, documentation, and follow-through skills.
• Comfort working as the operational point of contact in a fast-changing, remote-first environment.
• Fluent English required.

Nice to have

• Experience in a startup, scaleup, technology, EOR, or HR technology company.
• Experience leading a small team across HR operations and talent acquisition.
