Senior Foundry Manager (Semiconductors)

What you will do

• Drive lead-product ramps during new technology introduction with external foundries.
• Collaborate with foundries, technology groups, business lines, customers, and other stakeholders to qualify and release semiconductor processes.
• Own front-end process safe launches and improve manufacturability and yield during ramp-up.
• Interface with key customers on critical projects.
• Lead projects toward timely completion while balancing technical decisions, resources, schedules, logistics, and supplier relationships.
• Make decisions on process integration and maximize leverage from foundry partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in physics or electrical engineering.
• More than 10 years of experience in front-end IC process integration within foundry production or development teams.
• In-depth knowledge of IC devices and processes, with strong understanding of yield enhancement techniques and data analysis.
• Fluent English and Mandarin are required.
• Hands-on experience leading development, transfer, or production ramp-up projects and teams.
• Strong communication, influencing, pragmatic problem-solving, and foundry-management skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of FinFET and non-volatile memory technologies.
