Senior Digital Product Owner (Rental Data)

Salary: $112,710–$183,140 per year

What you will do

• Own and evolve the Rental Data Model strategy across the enterprise and dealer networks.
• Define and prioritize the product roadmap and backlog for rental data and dealer integrations.
• Translate rental business requirements into scalable digital solutions in partnership with engineering teams.
• Establish shared definitions, standards, and business rules for equipment, customers, contracts, rates, invoices, jobsites, and fleet operations.
• Lead dealer onboarding and integration initiatives and drive adoption of enterprise rental data standards.
• Analyze rental, customer, equipment, and dealer data to identify opportunities, data quality issues, integration gaps, and measurable business outcomes.

Requirements

• Knowledge of business analysis, decision-making, communication, software problem management, and software product business operations.
• Experience working cross-functionally with business stakeholders, engineering teams, data teams, and external partners.
• Experience with complex datasets and data models, including data validation, reconciliation, root cause analysis, and cross-system troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases, data warehouses, or cloud data platforms.
• Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, data exchange concepts, and data governance.
• Experience in equipment rental, dealer operations, construction equipment, or related business domains.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Databricks, Snowflake, Azure Data Explorer, or similar tools.
• Experience leading dealer-facing initiatives, business transformation, or enterprise integration programs.
• CSPO or similar Product Management certification.
