Senior Data Strategist, GTM Customer Data

Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Salary: CAD 79,000–115,500 annual base salary; offers may exceed this range and may include bonuses, stock grants, and benefits.

What you will do

• Own and evolve the customer data governance roadmap for an assigned area, aligned with go-to-market strategy and operational needs.
• Identify and prioritize customer data problems using stakeholder insights and quantitative analysis.
• Translate business use cases into clear data requirements that support multiple workflows.
• Partner with Data Engineering and Architecture to evaluate solution options.
• Define data policies, standards, and definitions while facilitating alignment across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Product.
• Build business cases and monitor success metrics for data clarity, quality, flexibility, and usability.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a data strategist or data product manager.
• Experience with go-to-market data and systems, including account hierarchies.
• Knowledge of data governance frameworks.
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as PowerBI.
• Strong strategic decision-making, product thinking, communication, facilitation, and outcome measurement skills.
