Data Product Manager

Location: Remote nationwide within the United States. Applicants must already be authorized to work for any U.S. employer; visa sponsorship, including CPT/OPT sponsorship, is not available.

Base salary: $96,100–$135,700 per year, with eligibility for a bonus program.

What you will do

• Own the roadmap, priorities, delivery, and ongoing management of enterprise data products.
• Use advanced SQL to investigate data questions, validate business logic, trace discrepancies, and assess product results.
• Translate business, operational, analytical, and regulatory needs into requirements, epics, user stories, datasets, metrics, APIs, and dashboards.
• Partner with data engineering and architecture teams on models, pipelines, interfaces, dependencies, and technical tradeoffs.
• Drive resolution of data quality issues and incorporate metadata, lineage, privacy, access, retention, and governance requirements.
• Measure product health, support risk and audit reviews, and drive adoption through documentation and stakeholder communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field.
• 5–7+ years of product management experience with data, analytics, or platform products.
• Advanced SQL skills, including complex joins, data transformation validation, reconciliation, and data quality investigation.
• Experience owning a data product or data capability from business need through delivery and ongoing use.
• Working knowledge of data modeling, architecture, pipelines, warehouses, lakes, data governance, metadata, lineage, and master data management.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and financial services controls.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services, fintech, or another regulated industry.
• Experience with APIs, cloud data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, BI tools, analytics, or metrics layers.
• Background in analytics, data engineering, or another quantitative role.
