Senior Project Coordinator (Video Games)

Location: New York State, including New York City, United States

Salary: $100,000–$130,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Coordinate workflows and synchronize cross-functional projects across the Publishing department.
• Track milestones and provide team leads with the detail and context needed for informed decisions.
• Maintain dynamic project tracking as the central source of truth for workflows.
• Track success metrics and document and publish project results using Confluence and other tools.
• Work with delivery teams to prioritize requirements, identify dependencies, and manage strategic project roadmaps.

Requirements

• 4+ years of project management and operations experience, preferably in entertainment, technology, or strategy.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and project work management tools such as Monday, Jira, or Asana.
• Outstanding written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to adapt to rapidly changing priorities, prioritize tasks, and take initiative.
• Ability to remain calm and solutions-oriented in high-pressure situations.

Nice to have

• Passion for the video game industry.
• Previous professional experience in gaming.
