Project Manager (Middle) (Game Development)

Location: Hybrid role in Ha Noi, Vietnam, with remote work on Tuesdays and Wednesdays

What you will do

• Initiate, plan, monitor, and close software and game development projects.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, quality plans, resources, communications, and risks.
• Track project progress and work quality while identifying roadblocks and developing mitigation plans.
• Communicate project status, risks, plans, meeting outcomes, and post-mortem findings to stakeholders.
• Ensure Agile and project management practices are understood and followed across the team.
• Partner with Product Owners on scope refinement, estimation, delivery governance, and customer expectations.

Requirements

• Fluent English is mandatory.
• At least 2 years of project management experience in a Software Development Life Cycle environment.
• At least 2 years of experience working on Agile projects.
• Proficiency with project management tools; Jira knowledge is required, and BigPicture is advantageous.
• Experience coaching Product Owners and development teams on project management practices.
• Ability to work in the hybrid Ha Noi, Vietnam arrangement.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• Experience in the gaming industry.
