TL;DR
Project Manager (Middle) (Game Development): Initiating, planning, monitoring, and closing software development projects with an accent on Agile delivery, project governance, stakeholder communication, and risk management. Focus on identifying critical-path roadblocks, coaching Product Owners and development teams, refining project scope, and evolving project management practices for game products.
Location: Ha Noi, Vietnam; hybrid schedule with remote work on Tuesdays and Wednesdays

What you will do
- Initiate, plan, monitor, and close software development projects, including schedules, budgets, quality, resources, communications, and risks.
- Track project progress and work quality with project teams, identifying critical-path issues and developing mitigation plans.
- Communicate project status, plans, risks, meeting outcomes, kick-off information, and post-mortem reports to stakeholders.
- Ensure Agile frameworks and project management processes are understood and followed by the team.
- Partner with Product Owners to refine project scope, estimate effort, manage deliverables, and support project governance.
- Promote empowered, engaged teams and continuously improve the organization’s project management framework.
Requirements
- Fluent English is mandatory.
- At least 2 years of project management experience in a software development lifecycle environment.
- At least 2 years of experience working on Agile framework projects.
- Proficiency with project management tools; Jira experience is required, while BigPicture is a plus.
- Experience coaching Product Owners and development teams on project management practices.
Nice to have
- PMP certification.
- BigPicture experience.
