Colocation Physical Security Manager

What you will do

• Lead physical security operations across one or more colocation datacenter facilities and maintain site security programs.
• Manage contract security providers, guard force performance, security KPIs, service-level agreements, and third-party personnel.
• Oversee badge management, access provisioning, visitor management, access audits, CCTV, intrusion detection, alarms, and related security technology.
• Lead responses to security incidents, breaches, theft, vandalism, and workplace violence concerns; conduct investigations and root-cause analyses.
• Perform security risk and vulnerability assessments, support customer audits and certifications, and maintain security documentation and evidence.
• Coordinate with datacenter operations, EHS, facilities, compliance teams, law enforcement, emergency responders, and colocation customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, security management, business administration, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of physical security experience and 3+ years of management or supervisory experience.
• Experience with datacenters, colocation facilities, critical infrastructure, corporate security programs, military, or law enforcement organizations.
• Strong knowledge of physical access control systems, CCTV platforms, incident management, security investigations, audits, and compliance frameworks.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States and provide proof of employment eligibility.

Nice to have

• Experience with hyperscale or colocation datacenter environments.
• ASIS CPP or PSP, CISSP, or Security+ certification.
• Knowledge of PCI DSS, the NIST Cybersecurity Framework, business continuity, and disaster recovery.
