Solutions Architect (MFG)

Salary: $180,000–$247,500 USD annually

What you will do

• Define and direct technical strategies for large enterprise accounts in partnership with Enterprise Account Executives.
• Act as the primary technical voice for multiple customers and guide their evaluation and adoption of Databricks solutions.
• Build proofs of concept and demonstrate Databricks products across data, ML, and AI use cases.
• Translate technical strategies into business value and drive data-driven transformation.
• Build networks of technical champions and align stakeholders around Databricks solutions.
• Mentor team members and lead virtual technical teams to successful outcomes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in pre-sales, value selling, technical account management, and technical leadership.
• Experience working with very large global accounts exceeding $1 million ARR.
• Experience establishing virtual teams and building relationships with executives and customer influencers.
• Technical experience in data engineering, cloud data warehousing, and/or data science.
• Production programming expertise in Python, R, Scala, or Java.
• Experience with data-driven business transformation and live coding sessions with stakeholders.
