Strategic Finance Manager

Location

Location: San Francisco, California, USA with hybrid work format requiring office presence on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.

Salary

Salary: $150,000 - $165,000 per year (estimated base range for San Francisco location).

What you will do

• Own and manage the core GTM topline financial model and reporting cadence connecting ARR performance to customer growth, seats, retention, and GTM execution.
• Prepare and deliver presentations communicating GTM strategy and performance to executive leadership, Board of Directors, and investors.
• Improve reporting infrastructure using AI, automation, and enhanced data workflows to increase accuracy and reduce manual work.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Biz-Tech, and Revenue Operations to drive process improvements and ensure data accuracy.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in San Francisco and able to work onsite on designated days.
• 3-5 years of experience in Investment Banking or Sales Finance at high-growth SaaS technology companies.
• Proven ability to build and own rigorous financial models for recurring-revenue or SaaS businesses.
• Strong analytical judgment with ability to communicate clearly to financial and non-financial audiences.
• Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments.
