Business Development Representative (SaaS)

What you will do

• Conduct targeted outreach by phone, email, and social channels to engage qualified prospects.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads and hand them off to Account Executives.
• Maintain accurate and timely lead records in CRM systems such as Salesforce.
• Collaborate with Marketing on regional campaigns and events.
• Track industry trends, regional market dynamics, and competitive positioning across the META region.
• Meet KPIs for call volume, meetings booked, and pipeline contribution.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of sales or business development experience in B2B technology or SaaS.
• Fluent English and Arabic required.
• Strong communication, organisational, and time-management skills.
• Familiarity with the META region’s business culture and sales practices.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and resilient approach.

Nice to have

• Turkish language skills.
