Financial Analytics Professional 2 (Medicare Risk Adjustment)

Location: Remote nationwide within the United States; occasional travel to hirify.global offices may be required, including travel to Louisville, KY, less than 5% of the time if not local.

Salary: $66,800–$91,100 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Develop, execute, and maintain Part D risk score analytics within the Medicare Risk Adjustment Finance Department.
• Support financial forecasting, performance monitoring, strategic planning, and business performance decisions.
• Use Excel, SQL, and Power BI for data modeling, analysis, and results interpretation.
• Monitor model accuracy and identify outdated assumptions, updated data, and methodology improvements.
• Explain variances, trends, and the financial impact of Part D risk score changes to business partners and leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Five years of technical experience.
• Programming skills in SQL or similar languages.
• Experience compiling, modeling, interpreting, and analyzing data to identify and explain variances and trends.
• Experience managing data to support operational decisions, strategic planning, and business performance.
• Must be able to work remotely within the United States; this role is not eligible for work visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Financial or actuarial background.
• Experience with Power BI.
