Full Stack Engineer (Go/React)

Location: LATAM; fully remote

What you will do

• Build and maintain subscription, renewal, and credit-ledger functionality in the payments service.
• Own the full path from APIs to checkout and account interfaces, including multi-offer screens, credit displays, and payment steps.
• Ensure payment events and webhooks are correct and reliable so medication orders can be released.
• Build automated test coverage for payment edge cases such as partial credits, multi-cycle renewals, and plan changes.
• Partner with the Medical engineering team on titration, refills, and plan changes.

Requirements

• Full-stack experience across Go services and React or React Native interfaces.
• Ability to work with payment logic, subscriptions, renewals, credits, and financial correctness.
• Strong automated testing practices and attention to edge cases.
• Proactive ownership, root-cause analysis, and comfort working through ambiguity.
• Experience using AI-assisted engineering tools as part of the development process.
• Relevant stack: Go, Temporal, Google Cloud Functions with TypeScript, Postgres, React, React Native, GCP, and Datadog.
