TL;DR
Fullstack Engineer (Healthcare Integration): Building and deploying full-stack applications integrating complex Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems with the Bayesian platform to deliver real-time clinical insights. Focus on clinical workflow integration, automated testing, production deployment, and developing tooling leveraging LLMs and automation to scale integrations.

Location: Remote - US Only
What you will do
- Extend and configure full-stack applications across EHR integration surfaces to deliver clinical insights to care teams.
- Implement automated integration and end-to-end tests, troubleshoot issues with client technical teams and clinicians.
- Execute production deployments and serve as technical point of contact during go-live phases.
- Develop integration tooling and automation frameworks leveraging LLMs to improve engineering velocity.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Implementation Leads, Clinical Integration, and client technical teams.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in the United States
- BS in Computer Science or relevant technical discipline.
- 3+ years experience building and deploying full-stack applications with React and TypeScript preferred.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
- Experience with SMART on FHIR applications, EHR integration, and Health IT interoperability standards (HL7v2, FHIR).
- Experience supporting production deployments and triaging production issues.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions.
