Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Go/React)

Location: Hybrid, Athens, Greece

hirify.global is a small technology company building an AI-powered product for real-world security testing and working with demanding technology companies in entertainment, finance, and healthcare.

What you will do

• Build and maintain the customer-facing platform using Go, React, and TypeScript.
• Develop multi-tenant capabilities including accounts, authentication, access control, permissions, and audit records.
• Own AWS infrastructure, infrastructure as code, containers, IAM, and networking.
• Design and operate asynchronous and distributed workloads with queues, retries, idempotency, and long-running job recovery.
• Work across the product and infrastructure layers to keep production systems reliable and maintainable.
• Help shape the product, engineering practices, and technical direction as the company grows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building production software with meaningful ownership.
• Strong production experience with Go and the ability to contribute to an existing codebase immediately.
• Hands-on AWS experience including infrastructure as code, containers, IAM, and networking.
• Experience designing and operating asynchronous and distributed systems and handling real-world failure modes.
• Experience building clean React interfaces and solid knowledge of PostgreSQL and schema design.
• Excellent written English and a willingness to document and agree on meaningful changes before implementation.

Nice to have

• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS, Python, or the security industry.
