Sr. Software Engineer (C# .NET)

Location: Remote in the United States; North America preferred, with EST preferred

Annual salary: $112,000–$155,000, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and other relevant factors.

A technology, data, and innovation company building a digital marketplace for wholesale used vehicles.

What you will do

• Enhance core digital marketplace offerings.
• Construct and maintain high-value core system components.
• Lead technical discussions on software architecture and testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple technology stacks.
• Improve application quality and performance through code reviews, testing, telemetry, and performance tuning.
• Mentor and support other engineers through technical leadership and code reviews.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building scalable, cloud-native APIs with .NET.
• Strong understanding of application development and software testing methodologies.
• Experience with telemetry and performance tuning using modern APM tooling.
• University degree or advanced diploma in software engineering, computer science, or an equivalent level of experience.
• Experience with .NET Core, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes in AWS, and OpenTelemetry.
• Ability to work remotely from the United States or North America, with EST preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, OpenTelemetry, Java cloud-native APIs, or Azure Cloud Services.
