Senior Accounting Analyst

Location: Montreal or Quebec City, Quebec, Canada. Work modes include in-person, hybrid, and remote; remote employees may be required to travel for in-person team-building events.

What you will do

• Manage accounting, disclosure, and budgeting for share-based compensation and equity transactions.
• Prepare and monitor government tax credit and grant applications.
• Produce ad hoc reports and financial analyses that turn financial data into actionable insights.
• Support statutory and tax compliance for international subsidiaries across Canada, the United States, Europe, Australia, and other locations.
• Partner with finance and cross-functional teams on reporting, compliance, and business support needs.
• Contribute to projects that strengthen, automate, and scale finance operations.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in a similar accounting role in public practice or industry.
• CPA designation or equivalent education and experience.
• Fluent French and English required.
• Ability to balance recurring monthly accounting activities with multiple ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate financial information on time.
