Financial Controller (SaaS)

hirify.global is a no-code insurance SaaS provider helping brokers and underwriting companies design products, manage operations, and support insurance premium volumes globally.

What you will do

• Own the month-end and year-end close across group entities and deliver accurate management accounts.
• Prepare consolidated group reporting and statutory financial statements, and manage the annual audit.
• Maintain and improve reconciliations, approval flows, policies, documentation, and the wider control environment.
• Manage revenue recognition for SaaS and professional services revenue, including deferred revenue and contract accounting.
• Oversee cash flow reporting, working capital, treasury operations, tax, VAT, and statutory filings.
• Improve finance systems, automation, and reporting while supporting budgeting, forecasting, corporate activity, and junior team development.

Requirements

• ACA or ACCA qualified.
• 2–5 years of post-qualification experience.
• Training or qualification experience with a leading accounting firm such as Big 4, Forvis Mazars, BDO, or Grant Thornton.
• Experience in SaaS or professional services, including multi-entity, multi-currency, and consolidation work.
• Ability to own the close process end to end, communicate financial results clearly, and work accurately in a fast-moving environment.
• Fluent English required.
