Salary: $165,200–$223,600 annually, plus sign-on payments and restricted stock units.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and optimize cellular telephony frameworks and services for Android-based devices.
• Implement calling, data connectivity, messaging, Wi-Fi calling, eSIM provisioning, and 5G features.
• Optimize call setup latency, network registration, and power efficiency across carrier networks and device configurations.
• Translate customer experience goals into technical designs with product management.
• Collaborate with modem/baseband, OS platform, QA/certification, and cloud services teams.
• Lead design reviews and resolve complex architectural and technical issues.

Requirements

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience contributing to system architecture and design, including reliability and scaling.
• Programming experience in Java, C++, or C# with object-oriented design.
• Experience with software development lifecycle practices including code reviews, source control, testing, and operations.

Nice to have

• 3+ years of Android development experience.
• Experience solving technology problems in the telecommunications industry.
