A&G Product Solution Architect (China)

What you will do

• Lead early-stage technical engagement with Academic & Government customers in China.
• Investigate requirements, assess feasibility, and translate business needs into solution options and architecture documentation.
• Design integrations between hirify.global products, customer systems, third-party platforms, and China-specific cloud environments.
• Lead AI/LLM architecture, API integration planning, technical POCs, prototypes, and customer demonstrations.
• Assess technical costs, implementation complexity, scalability, performance, governance, and compliance risks.
• Collaborate with customers, sales, product, engineering, and global architecture stakeholders while coaching local engineers.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software architecture, solution design, or technical consulting.
• 3+ years of experience in B2B/B2I presales, pre-deal, or early-stage technical engagement.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong experience with solution architecture, system design, scalable ETL/ELT, Snowflake, Databricks, Spark, Kafka, APIs, cloud data platforms, and containerized cloud-native deployment.
• Experience designing AI/LLM applications, data governance, lineage, metadata management, data classification, and enterprise integrations.
• Excellent bilingual Chinese-English communication skills required, including technical proposals, architecture reviews, customer communication, and cross-time-zone meetings.

Nice to have

• Experience in academic publishing, knowledge services, or research-content industries.
• AWS Solutions Architect Professional, Alibaba Cloud ACE, TOGAF, or equivalent certification.
• Experience with academic platforms, knowledge graphs, semantic technologies, medallion architecture, Tableau, or security and privacy assessments.
• Knowledge of hirify.global products, AI solutions, and service models.
