Data & AI Architect Senior Manager / Principal / Director (AI)

Location: Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia and Indonesia; Singapore and Thailand are the immediate hiring priorities. Regional engagement requirements will be discussed during the initial conversation.

Salary: $150,000–$200,000 per annum at the stated level, with location- and level-dependent compensation packages also available in SGD, THB, MYR and IDR. Bonuses and an additional annual Southeast Asia payment may apply.

What you will do

• Lead enterprise architecture and Data & AI consulting engagements aligned with client business priorities.
• Design scalable data platforms and AI capabilities, including cloud and Generative AI solutions.
• Develop technology roadmaps for legacy modernization and cloud transformation.
• Advise C-suite stakeholders through business cases, architecture recommendations and executive briefings.
• Lead multidisciplinary delivery teams from strategy through implementation.

Requirements

• Background in technology consulting with experience leading client engagements at a major consulting firm or specialist technology consultancy.
• Strong expertise in Data & AI architecture and enterprise technology transformation.
• Experience designing enterprise solutions and guiding modernization or cloud programs.
• Ability to engage C-suite stakeholders and translate complex technical decisions into commercial recommendations.
• Technical credibility combined with team leadership and client relationship management.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS, Databricks, Generative AI or OpenAI technologies.
• Client experience in banking, insurance, energy, industrial goods or telecommunications.
• Experience delivering transformation programs across Southeast Asia.
