Solutions Architect, Lead (SEA & Greater China) (Decentralized Identity)

Location: Singapore, Central, Singapore; flexible hybrid working model with travel across the SEA and Greater China region.

What you will do

• Lead technical discovery, architecture discussions, and solution design with customers.
• Translate customer needs into secure, consent-driven, trust-enabled systems.
• Deliver demos, proofs of concept, technical validations, prototypes, and reference implementations.
• Guide end-to-end deployments and customer adoption from discovery through production.
• Create architecture documentation, reusable patterns, reference architectures, and prescriptive guidance.
• Represent the company at workshops, summits, and industry events while feeding customer insights into product and roadmap decisions.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of total experience, including 2+ years in technical customer-facing roles such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, Technical Consultant, or Software Engineer.
• Strong engineering foundation in distributed systems, APIs, microservices, and cloud architectures.
• Hands-on ability to write code, integrate systems, and build prototypes with strong engineering judgment.
• Familiarity with identity protocols such as OAuth2, OIDC, and SAML, as well as cryptography or decentralized identity models.
• Experience guiding customers from discovery to production adoption and communicating with both engineers and senior business stakeholders.
• Mandarin language skills are required for the regional scope of the role.
