Senior Manager – Solution Engineering (APAC) (Fintech)

Location: Singapore; hybrid work with 3 days per week required in the London office at LABS House, Holborn.

What you will do

• Lead a team of five Solutions Engineers supporting enterprise and SME sales organisations.
• Partner with sales, strategy, product, engineering, legal, and operations teams throughout the pre-sales, solution design, API integration, and go-live lifecycle.
• Deliver product demonstrations and design complex solutions aligned with customer goals.
• Manage team outcomes, OKRs, resource allocation, processes, and capabilities.
• Lead the RFP management process and ensure accurate, consistent responses.
• Own the most challenging solution projects and oversee successful technical delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline with strong academic achievement.
• 8+ years of experience in a customer-facing engineering role such as solutions consulting, solutions architecture, or sales engineering within a global software enterprise.
• At least 2 years of experience in a team-leadership capacity.
• Strong organisational, time-management, problem-solving, customer engagement, and executive communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with customers, partners, and engineering teams to develop products and solutions.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of payments or financial services.
• Hands-on experience developing product solutions internally or in a consulting role.
• Strategic, creative, and independent approach to solving ambiguous customer problems.
